Data protection
Welcome to Citizens Save Lives!
Thank you for using our services.
Our Association of Citizens has set itself the goal, in addition to the existing facilities of emergency call centres and aid organisations, to ensure that every citizen can bridge the time until the arrival of the emergency services and save lives. We want to create and publicise a nationwide and globally available defibrillator site survey and a network of trained first responders. To do this, we need a global network of people who are independent, neutral and committed and who support our common goals. The data required for this purpose is collected and processed solely for this purpose. Our privacy policy applies to the personal information collected and used by Cisali or its partners (country representatives). In general, you can use and visit our website without having to register or login.

• category This data is necessary to clearly indicate the location on the map. No personal data is necessary here. The provision of personal data (for example the telephone number of a contact person, a photo of the defibrillator) is made on a voluntary basis and only if the person concerned agrees. The same applies to the registration of home addresses where a defibrillator is available. These locations can only be recorded and published by the owner himself and with his consent. Origin of the Data and Responsibility
Defibrillators operators
The owner / operator (= detector) of a defibrillator enters the data himself. The responsibility lies with the detector itself. He is responsible for communicating changes to the location or the functionality.
Publicly accessible defibrillator - notification by general public
A citizen (= notifier) publishes the data of a location from which he is not the owner, but the location is publicly accessible. The responsibility lies with the detector. The entry must be made with the best of intentions and utmost care. The registrant must ensure prior to registration that the operator and / or owner of the device agrees with the publication.
Self-research Cisali
This data entry is made by self-research by Cisali. Cisali provides the website www.cisali.com and the Android and IOS version of the Cisali App as well as the data of the database used there for the public.
Cross-national data
The Cisali platform is globally available, therefore information on defibrillator sites and first responders, in case of an alert, is also used outside of your country and made available to the citizens. We work with country administrators worldwide who are responsible for their assigned countries and have no access to unpublished data outside their area of responsibility. In order to do justice to the EU-GDPR in the best possible way, the Cisali database and the server are deliberately in Germany and are protected according to current security standards.
